GUIDELINES FOR PAYMENT OF ADMISSION FEES

• STEP 1: Click on FEES PAYMENT LINK given in the College Website.
• STEP 2: Click on the Check Box ✓ to Proceed for Payment.
• STEP 3: Select State of Institution as MEGHALAYA from the Drop down Menu.
• STEP 4: Select Type of Institution as EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS from the Drop down Menu.
• STEP 5: Select EDUCATIONAL NAME as SENG KHASI COLLEGE.
• STEP 6: Select CATEGORY from the Drop down Menu.
• STEP 7: Select Respective Fees to be paid by the Students.
• STEP 8: Fill out all the Particulars of the STUDENT (mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
• STEP 9: Click CONFIRM.
• STEP 10: You will be directed to STATE BANK MULTI OPTION PAYMENT SYSTEM PAGE.
• STEP 11: Select any of the following Payment Mode as per your convenience.
  • Select 1 for SBI INTERNET BANKING.
  • Select 2 for OTHER BANK INTERNET BANKING.
  • Select 3 for DEBIT CARD/ATM PAYMENT.
  Note: After Payment, Selected/Admitted Students are to take a Print out of the SBI-Collect Receipt Pdf File.

• Selected/Admitted Students are to DOWNLOAD and fill in the Final Admission Form and submit it to the College Office along with the following documents:-
  1. SBI-Collect Admission Fees Paid Receipt.
  2. Character Certificate from the Principal of the School last attended.
  3. A copy of their Class X or Class XII Marksheet.
  4. A copy of their Class X or Class XII Admit Card.
  5. Three recent Passport size Photographs of the Applicant.
  6. Transfer Certificate from the School or College last attended.
  7. A copy of their Scheduled Tribe Certificate.
  8. Original Migration Certificates of Students coming from Boards other than M.B.O.S.E are to be handed over to the College Office within one month from the date of admission.

NOTE: All necessary documents must be Self-Attested.
Dates for submission of Final Admission Form of B.A 1st SEMESTER & CLASS XI ARTS/COMMERCE will be notified later.
